India E. Vincent has over 25 years of experience in intellectual property, data privacy and cybersecurity law, working with clients from start-ups to international corporations. She values the ability to get to know her clients and find solutions that address the specific needs of each client.

With a background in engineering, she relies on her analytical skills and business experiences to help her clients find business appropriate legal solutions to accomplish their objectives. She is a licensed patent attorney and holds both CIPP/US and CIPM privacy certifications.

India’s practice areas include intellectual property, corporate transactions, data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology. India is also active in a variety of professional organizations including the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and the International Trademark Association (INTA), actively participating in committees and conferences with these organizations.

She also finds time to take on a variety of speaking engagements, working with businesses and organizations to provide a better understanding of branding, privacy and cybersecurity concepts that allows those organizations
to educate and grow their teams.
